Artwork images contained in this package are meant for mature audiences only. You must be 18 years old to use them and you are responsible for making sure images from this package are not shared by you outside of areas intended for mature audiences.

Creation of Tubes is permitted but strictly limited to the purchaser's personal use only. NO distribution of tubes is allowed in any way. An exception to this rule is made if you wish to share tubes with someone else who has purchased the same package.

Any use of images allowing others to bypass this Agreement is not allowed.

All creations must have "drudwyn-arts.com" legibly incorporated in the image.

Original Images from the package may have their backgrounds removed but the figure or subject of the work must not be altered in a fashion that prevents the original image from being seen. As an example an intermittent sparkle or small object that move across the face of the image where the whole view of the artwork is still visible would be allowed but morphing any part of the image where the original can not be identified in it's original form is not--such as pulsating body parts.

Artworks may not be combined with works by other artists without first obtaining permission from both artists.

In lieu of displaying a permission letter please display the license number given with purchase.

Use of images purchased will not be revoked by us unless terms of this Agreement are violated.

Images contained in the package are of higher resolution than we publish on Drudwyn-arts.com. For this reason, please do not display or distribute the images unaltered. We provide the images in a slightly higher resolution to give the user some room to create and resize creations without losing image quality but they are not meant for unaltered display at the higher resolution.

Ownership of the package and license may not be transferred to another party.

By purchasing this package you agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement.

The terms of this Agreement may be changed from time to time. Changes will only occur if clarifications are needed to prevent misuse of the art. Notice will be sent out via newsletter if any changes are made to this Agreement.
